The past couple of weeks have been filled with Indie Polish Drama. Custom Polish Maker Lynnderella fell under fire when it was discovered that she was allowing her brother to sell her polishes for astronomical prices on ebay. You can read a very good break down of the scandal here.

So now with it being out in the open Lynderalla herself has decided to sell her items on Ebay. Your probably like so… what’s the big deal..  In my eyes I see nothing wrong with her wanting to put her goods on Ebay for people to bid on however, this morning I woke to this…

My first thought were okay these are fake bids, but then I got to thinking, people will pay this much for a dinner, to sit in VIP at a club, for purses and shoes. Is it really unthinkable for someone to pay $800 for a custom nail polish? Since this ebay she can’t control how much people are bidding. Would you be willing to accept $800 from a complete stranger for nail polish?

What do you think of this? What was the most you’ve ever paid for Nail Polish?
