You all know how much I love red lipstick, I mean it’s seriously like an addiction. I’m a new found Tarte fan (Idk why you guys didn’t tell me about them sooner), and I had to try out their Glamazon 12 Hour Lipstick in the color Fierce! This was one of the items that I picked up with my $20 VIB gift card at Sephora and I actually ended up getting it for free after using my 10% coupon that came with my VIB welcome pack #winning.
The Tarte Glamazon Pure Preformance 12 Hour Lipstick is a clay infused lipstick with moisture rich butters which help bring out the smoothness in the application. This is truly a fire engine red lipstick, not as bright as MAC’s Lady Danger which has more of an orange undertone but not as deep as MAC Red. I would say that this looks more like MACs Ruffian Red lipstick.
The lipstick definitely appears brighter on my lips then it does on my skin. I honestly believe I’ve fallen more in love with the moisture of the lipstick than the color. I mean wow!! This product can be found at Tartecosmetics.com or wherever Tarte products are sold and retails for $26.00. This might seem a bit pricey but trust me once you try it the price won’t even matter!
