Milani has done it again, this time bring us the newest additions to their Color Statement Lipstick Family, the Pinks and Corals. I was really excited when I saw these because unlike the Reds and Oranges you can really see the difference in all the shades from this set. There are seven lipsticks in the Pinks and Corals entourage with one re-promote ”Rose Hip”. Like the Reds and Oranges, the formulas vary so there is something for everyone to try. I won’t bore you with anymore details so check out the swatches below!
Pink Frost is a Metallic Rose colored lipstick. The name says it all. This lipstick is frosty but not old woman frosty.
Fruit Punch is a light pink coral cream lipstick.
Flamingo Pose brings us a tad more closer to the Coral side of the family. This a a cream lipstick that goes on nice and smooth. I really liked this one. It’s not too bright and not so dull that it’s not WOC friendly.
Rose Hip is a re-promote but I’ll be dog goned if this color isn’t amazing. It’s a gawgeous bright pink cream and it is one you definitely need in your collection!
Hot Pink Rage is all the rage. It reminds me slightly of Candy Yum Yum but with a hint more coral. This is another must have color if you really like matte formula lipsticks.
Flirty Fuchsia is a Vinyl lipstick that is another must have. It’s a darker pink berry shade for those who aren’t interested in the lighter pinks.
Rose Amour cream lipstick brings us back to the pale pinks. Not too pink or light that makes your lips looking ashy but still a shade that almost everyone can pull off.
From L-R Pink Frost, Fruit Punch, Flamingo Pose, Rose Hip, Hot Pink Rage, Flirty Fuchsia, and Rose Amour
I loved almost all of these! There honestly wasn’t one that I wouldn’t get. My favorites are Flamingo Pose, Rose Hip, Hot Pink Rage and Flirty Fuchsia. Did you miss out on the swatches from the Reds and Orange family? Check them out here! Flirty Fuchsia looks like a winner to me! Thanks very much for the swatches on your lips – it’s way more helpful than just swatches on the arm/hand.
You’re very welcome! I think lip swatches tell the color story better than swatches on the arm.
Lovely colours! I do really like the flamingo pose and flirty fuchsia on your lips. I can’t wait til these come to Canada. I wonder how I’d be able to pull some of them off though being so pale!
Oooh I really like the look of Flamingo Pose! It’s really nice to see Milani come out with such an expanded range of colors
Yes! Im so happy that they finally have a great color range and their lipsticks are so saturated and pigmented. You can’t help but to fall in love with them again.
I love these pink/coral shades! I’m in love with Flamingo Pose! And I’m wondering if Pink Frost is a dupe for Estee Lauder’s Pink Parfait–They look very similar!
