Milani Cosmetics ColorStatement Lipsticks in Plums and Berries!

Alright here is the last installment of the Milani ColorStatement Lipstick Chronicles. Plums and Berries was a very anticipated group and while I got them a little later I couldn’t wait to swatch them, I mean they are just so darn gorgeous!!!!

Let me give you the basics real quick. Each is priced at $5.49 and can be found at KMART, CVS, WalGreens and Milanicosmetics.com where they retail for $5.49. This collection has a every finish, including matte which is great because I think matte lipsticks are a must when you’re dealing with darker colors like these. Now time for the Swatches!!!

PlumRose (Cream)

Raspberry Rush (Metallic)

Uptown Mauve (Cream)

Sangria (Matte)

Chilled Brandy (shimmer)

Black Cherry (Cream)

Violet Volt (Metallic)

Sangria is the only matte out of this group however it’s not quite as matte as I would like. It has more of a cream finish. Black Cherry does not offer full coverage and is rather streaky as you can see by the application on my lips. Violet Volt is my absolute favorite from the Plums and Berries with uptown Mauve coming in a close second. Have you tried any of the Plums and Berries Collection?
