Jane Iredale Summer items

Jane Iredale sent over some amazing items for the summer for review. I am a bit late on getting these to you all due to finishing my qualifier and writing a grant but here they are. I mean there is a whole month of summer left so I’m not that late!

First up is Jane Iredale’s Tantasia. It’s a moisturizing natural bronzer and self tanner for the face and body. I couldn’t use this product since I’m already naturally tanned, but if you’re interested in how it works check out my friends review over at BeautyJudy.com. This product retails for $36.

Next up is one of the coolest items ever. The Powder me SPf sunscreen is basically a mineralized powder that acts as a sunscreen also. It offers UVB/UVA SPF 30 protection. What’s even better is the packaging. Usually mineral powder comes in a jar with a sponge that has a sifter that kind of gets all over the place if you’re not careful. The Powder me SPF sunscreen is so unique that it comes with a sponge attached to the mineral powder. So with a couple of dabs it comes out nice and neat and you can apply it to your face. This shade was a bit too light for me but check out the picture below so you can see how it works. It also comes in translucent if there isn’t a shade for you. This item retails for $45.50 on JaneIredale.com

I’ll admit I’ve been using the POMMISST almost daily during this heat wave. Standing on the train platform in this heat is not the business. It’s great for setting you’re makeup or if you feel your skin needs a little pick me up. It reatils for $18.50 on JaneIredale.com

The last item sent over was the Lipdink SPF 15 Lip Balm. It’s a colorless lipbalm that goes on smooth and keeps your lips moisturized for hours. I’ve never had a problem with Jane Iredale products drying out my lips. This is absolutely wonderful paired underneath the JaneIredale PureGloss. It retails for $12 and is totally worth the cost.
